Unpacking and Assembling Your CordaRoy's Chair

Hi CordaRoy’s Family! So FedEx just paid you a visit and left a present on your doorstep! How exciting! This tutorial will guide you through the unpacking and assembly of your CordaRoy’s bean bag chair!

First, let's open the box and remove the contents. The cover (which turns the insert into a beanbag) will be in a clear plastic zipper pouch. The insert will be flattened and rolled up in several layers of plastic. To remove this plastic its ok to use scissors IF you are careful not to slice open the liner. You can also pull the plastic apart with your hands, to be safe!
It’s important to understand that the foam will feel and look flat once its been removed from the packaging. While you can begin using the beanbag as soon as the first day, it can take 3-5 days to fully fluff up, depending on the size you purchased.

Next, and this is easier with two people, you’ll place the bed inside the cover by following our 4 simple steps. Taco, Sock, Rotate, Bounce. One person will hold the cover while the other folds the insert like a taco. You’ll both slip the cover on like a sock. Rotate the taco onto one of the “tips” and then bounce to let gravity do the work! Turn the beanbag upright and enjoy!
